Does my child need to be immunized?

Yes. Up-to-date immunizations are required.

What will my child learn?

Bible lessons are taught through stories, artwork and scripture memorization. We believe children are designed by God to play. Therefore, children engage in activities that foster creative development during play whether it is story time, science or educational songs. We also work daily to develop and strengthen gross and fine motor skills.

STEM experiments are conducted regularly within our classroom to instill in children a natural curiosity for science, technology, engineering and math skills, within a quality learning environment.

How much time are they going to have to sit to learn?

Children will remain active throughout the school day. We believe children learn best through active play, therefore, instructional time at the table will be limited and with a specific learning goal in mind. Children will spend a minimum of 30 minutes outside for play.

My family is military. If I come down on orders and must leave midyear am I financially obligated to pay through the end of school year?

In consideration of families with active duty military or other mobile careers, please provide the following:

Two weeks written notice is required if a child is withdrawing from the Preschool program. A Notice of Intent to Withdraw form is available from the Preschool Director’s office. If written notice is not received, parents/guardians are still required to make tuition payments.

Does the school provide snack or does the parent? If the parent provides the snack, what do you suggest I pack for my child’s snack?

Snack time is a wonderful time for children to talk, laugh and build a strong bond of friendship. Parents provide snacks for their children, with that stated, some parents provide a full lunch with a sandwich and snack, other children bring lunchables, fruit, granola bars, chips. We do ask in addition to your child bringing food to eat, there also be a water bottle or juice provided.
